The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) hosted The China NGO Project Editor Jessica Batke on its podcast series, Democracy that Delivers. The podcast covers the motivations behind the creation of the Foreign NGO Law, issues with the law’s implementation, and the “effects on those organizations promoting advocacy or NGOs whose objectives do not align with those of the Chinese government.” The podcast is available on CIPE’s website.
