Yaqiu Wang is a fellow at the University of Chicago’s Forum for Free Inquiry and Expression. Previously, she worked at Freedom House, Human Rights Watch, and the Committee to Protect Journalists. She has a Master’s degree in International Affairs from George Washington University. Her articles have appeared in Foreign Policy, The Atlantic, China Brief, and elsewhere.
